ABOUT THE TEAM

Thank you for considering being part of my team.
Bais Chana is MY team. Bais Chana has been part of my life for at least the last 16-18 years. I have made some wonderful friends through Bais Chana, but almost as important is the chizzuk (Jewish strengthening) I have received from the speakers, the classes and the camaraderie created at the Retreats.
This past year I went to Lake Arrowhead at a very pivotal time in my life, with an open mind and an open heart, having just lost a dear friend, and my heart was filled and my mind was filled through the learning in those few days.
I encourage you to support the Single Moms group. Where else can a single Jewish mom get this kind of strength and encouragement when things are quite difficult for her, coping alone. She gets to meet other single moms and share experiences in a positive atmosphere. She goes home knowing she can tackle all that comes her way with an upbeat attitude, and that she has made some new friends.

Single Jewish Moms Connect

You make the whole Jewish Family stronger when you support single Jewish moms!

With education, mentoring, resources and a worldwide community of supportive moms, together we’re helping women get back in the driver's seat in their lives.  

Five short years ago Bais Chana Women International proudly piloted a getaway exclusively for single Jewish mothers, fully subsidized. The impact far exceeded our expectations. It was a game-changer for the women who came and it made their lives better - and their children’s lives better.

It’s 5 years, hundreds of families and a good number of weddings later – and we need to do more.

Our goal in this campaign is to raise money for twice as many women to attend retreats this year. We’ll expand the resources we have to include more online workshops and classes on solo parenting, new relationships, financial management and custody arrangements.
