The Cause

In 2021, Chabad of SCV purchased our beautiful property on Valley Street for $1.4 million. You believed in the vision of a permanent home for Yiddishkeit and community, and you helped make it a reality.

With your support, we put down $300,000, and the sellers held the note for five years while we made interest-only payments and focused on building Jewish life.

And look at what you have accomplished.

Since moving into our new home, we have seen tremendous growth. More families walking through our doors. More children learning Torah and having a blast at camp. More classes, holiday programs, and community events than ever before. Simchas celebrated. Lives uplifted. Souls connected. Our building is not just a property. It is alive because of you.

Now we have reached the next important milestone. February 27 is the due date to pay down 50 percent of the remaining note.

To do that, we launched a $550,000 campaign. Thanks to generous partners, we have already raised over $400,000.
