The Women's Circle has been changing the Crown Heights landscape for hundreds of women over the last 13 years. Weekly classes, special events, shabbatons, family support, crisis intervention. The Circle impacts women's lives in a tangible, personal way on a daily basis. The effect trickles down to strengthen their families and our whole community.

The Cause

 

Things change. All the time. So does our Circle.

 

It's been 13 years, and the Crown Heights Women's Circle continues to change the face of Crown Heights on a daily basis. It's the big programs, certainly. 

 

The circle of mothers and babies at our weekly class expands each Wednesday. 

 

Our unique programming inspires women anew each time. 

 

Pre-yom tov financial help allows families to greet each season in dignity and joy. 

 

Our mega shabbaton hosts prominent speakers and creates permanent change in our attendees.

 

It's not only the big stuff that makes a community strong. It's the personal connection in a big town. It's the hot meals delivered after a baby. It's the camaraderie and collaboration. It's the inspiration to live the Rebbe's words in his shchuna.
