All three of us are new faculty members . At the staff orientation in the summer we were all blown away by the quality of education we realized the students, who are privileged to go to BCA , receive. Our first day of school was emotional for us . We were seeing what we always imagined education should be like. Personalized education. Teachers who are empathetic. Teachers who bring out the potential in every student. That is not just a cliche, every student means a world to EVERY staff member.
