Stockholm supports Malmö
Dear friends,
One of our closest friends and colleagues are Rabbi Shneur and Raizel Kesselman and family from Malmö. It is needless to introduce them as they have become “stars” in Swedish and international media against their will. Their story has been portrayed in numerous articles, Radio and TV programs, most famous possibly in “Uppdrag Granskning”.
Rabbi Kesselman and family have experienced more than 200 anti-Semitic attacks in the past years while walking Malmö’s streets. It is become evident and strongly recommended by security personnel they are constantly in touch with that they must move from their current rented apartment to a better and more secure location, so they can keep up and continue their important work on behalf of Malmö’s and Skåne’s Jews in a secure and safe way.
A group of friends of the Kesselman’s have got together and created a 30-hour fundraising campaign where every dollar donated during this time will be matched by a few generous donors. You have now a unique chance to actually double your donation.
Let’s show the Kesselman’s and Malmö’s Jews our joint support as a neighboring community. If we donate as a team we can show how much we in Stockholm care and support them.
